Delivery

All large orders delivered by heavy goods vehicles, is the responsibility of the customer to deal with the delivered goods. This may require a fork lift truck in some instances, depending on the size of goods ordered. The delivery drivers are not insured to carry goods from the delivery vehicle.

Residential addresses must be occupied to take the delivery and sign for the goods, as well as unloading the vehicle by hand if necessary. 

Smaller orders are dispatched by DPD overnight and don't require a signature.

Rigid sheets will usually be delivered 1-5 working days from ordering.

Fabricated items will usually be shipped 3-15 working days from ordering.

Unsuccessful deliveries for whatever reason may be subject to a chargeable return delivery.

Delivery is available to England mainland, Wales mainland, and certain parts of Scotland. If you live in Scotland please contact for restrictions.

Also contact us first if you live in a remote area of the country, have restrictions with deliveries, or any other reasons we may need to be made aware of.
